Residents

We would like to extend a special reward for your referral. Simply refer a friend or acquaintance to us and you will receive a $250 check when anyone you refer signs a minimum of a 12 month lease. Please make sure that they mention your name during their first visit to ensure proper credit to you.
You will receive your cash reward within 30 days of the impending move-in date. You may also apply this cash towards your next month's rent.

Realtors

Central West End Management, L.L.C. will pay Realtors a referral reward, based on your client signing a 12-month lease (or longer). Just make sure that your name and agency is mentioned during your client's first visit to the community.
